Didi Jewellery has become renowned for its exquisite handmade pieces, ensuring that each item is individual and exclusive. Combining traditional precious metals with extraordinary natural gemstones to create an original collection difficult to replicate. Brand recognition gained momentum last season with features in How To Spend It and Vogue, with high profile celebrity clientele including Claudia Schiffer. Didi’s signature style has led to worldwide clients, alongside The Outnet and Liberty of London, where the brand is now in its second season.
Didi Mylne, the designer behind the label, works with semi precious gemstones in the rough mainly from the quartz family. Rainbow moonstones and labradorite set into oxidised silver or roe gold vermeil are new gems that features, alongside smoky quartz and amethyst to name a few.Zircons adorn the pieces appearing almost as shimmering stars, complimenting the beautiful iridescent quality of the stones. All of these unique elements fuse to create a contemporary, eclectic collection of embellished, rough gems.
After years of working in the industry at various Jewellery retailers, and prestigious training as a gem sorter in Hatton Garden, Didi Mylne was inspired to create a product that drew on her experiences and reflected her own personality. She initially designed her own collection as a side line project, this naturally progressed into what we now recognise as Didi Jewellery. The brand was launched in Miami two years ago, moved to London and is now in its fourth successful season.
